A HOLIDAY MESSAGE From KSKJ Life's National Spiritual Advisor
Greetings from the city by the Arch. Some say the Arch is the backdoor to the East, while others call it the gateway to the West. One thing is for certain—you can enter and exit from either side. It is open to all. Its image brings to mind the great message of Christmas: hope, love, and kindness toward everyone, no matter their background, beliefs, or traditions.
The story of Christmas is one of simplicity and profound meaning. Born in a humble stable, surrounded by only Mary, Joseph, and a few shepherds, the moment brought hope to the world in the quietest way. No parades, no fireworks, no celebrities, no special guests—just a reminder of the power of love and connection.
This Christmas, may we take time to reflect on the hope of the manger and what it represents. In this season of giving and gratitude, let’s carry that hope forward and share it with others in our own unique ways.
-Rev. Richard Gielow
A SEASON OF GENEROSITY:
Giving Back Together
As the holiday season approaches, Giving Tuesday reminds us of the power of generosity. It's a time to reflect on what we can give—whether it’s time, resources, or kindness—to make a difference in our communities.
At KSKJ Life, giving back is at the heart of who we are. Through our Giving Back Program, members have the opportunity to amplify their efforts by applying for funds to support causes they’re passionate about. Whether it’s organizing food drives, supporting local shelters, or funding community programs, our members' generosity shines year-round.
This year, our commitment to giving was further strengthened by the KSKJ Life Foundation. From supporting disaster relief efforts to providing educational grants, the Foundation’s work has touched countless lives, showing that together, we can create lasting change.
As we close the year, we invite you to continue this spirit of giving. Apply for the Giving Back Program, contribute to the Foundation, or simply find ways to spread kindness in your community.
Let’s make this Giving Tuesday—and every day—a celebration of the joy of giving. ❤️
Give the Gift of Peace of Mind This Holiday Season
Gift cards, trendy gadgets, and cozy sweaters are thoughtful, but this year, why not give something truly meaningful and lasting? Consider a gift that offers security and care—life insurance through KSKJ Life.
At KSKJ Life, we understand the importance of protecting what matters most. Life insurance is more than a practical choice; it’s a timeless way to show your loved ones just how much they mean to you. Whether for yourself or someone you cherish, it’s a gift that provides peace of mind today and financial protection for the future.
We know the holiday season can feel overwhelming, and choosing the right coverage shouldn’t add to the stress. That’s why we offer our easy-to-use Needs Calculator to guide you in selecting the perfect coverage for your family’s needs.
This December, give a gift that truly matters. With KSKJ Life, you’re giving a gift that lasts a lifetime—and beyond.
This Christmas season, we’re reminded of what truly matters: the joy of giving and the care we show to those we love. At KSKJ Life, we’re here to help you protect your family’s future—a gift that lasts far beyond the holidays.
But your membership means even more. Together, we’re making a difference by supporting communities, helping those in need, and creating opportunities that embody the spirit of giving all year long.
Whether it’s been years since you became a member or you’re just learning about all we offer, we invite you to rediscover what makes KSKJ Life unique.
Does your employer offer vision insurance? Is your current plan costing too much? Now might be a good time to look at VSP ® Individual Vision Plans.
It’s a great solution for those who:
are self-employed.
are retired.
are aging out of their parents’ insurance.
don’t receive vision insurance through their employer.
And as a KSKJ Life member, you are eligible to receive an annual average savings of more than $200 on eye care and eyewear!*
Purchasing your own vision insurance allows you to literally enroll at anytime, anywhere - no need to wait for your employer’s annual enrollment period.
*Savings are based on national averages on comprehensive eye exams and most commonly purchased frame brands.
