Ingredients
-2 chicken breasts, cubed
-2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
-1 red bell pepper, chopped
-1 green bell pepper, chopped
-1 red onion, chopped
-1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
1.Thread chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion onto skewers.
2. Brush lightly with barbecue sauce.
3. Grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is fully cooked.
4. Serve warm with rice or a summer salad.
