The ideal coverage amount and term length will depend on factors such as their age, health, and financial goals. Ultimately, the right policy should help provide peace of mind for loved ones in the event of the unexpected. If you're unsure about which policy to choose, speaking with one of our knowledgeable insurance agents can help you make an informed decision. Peak 65, Arriving Soon! (Did we "peak" your interest?)
The greatest peak in America’s history is coming in 2024. It has nothing to do with mountains or the most TikTok views. No, this is about the biggest surge in retirees hitting America since, well, EVER.
In a historical precedent, the United States will have more 65-year-olds retiring – the traditional age of retirement - than ever before. Currently, we have 10,000 people turning 65 every day. This number will increase to more than 12,000 a day1. By 2024 according to the U.S. Census, we will have reached the summit.
If you are close to retirement, in retirement or hope to retire one day, you might want to read on and see how Peak 65 might affect you and your future.
